Introduction

By using Shiny as a Service and Support for Shiny as a Service ("the Service"), you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement Commencement
This Agreement enters into force on the date you first access or pay for the Service.

One-Time License with Termination Rights
Purchase of the Service grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and associated downloadable files indefinitely.
The Service is intended for individuals and businesses wanting to turn their Shiny applications into Software as a Service solutions.
The provider reserves the right to revoke access in cases of abuse, technical concerns, or significant changes to business operations.

Refund Policy
As this is a digital product with immediate access, you waive your right to withdrawal in accordance with Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
No refunds or exchanges are offered once access has been granted.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” with no guarantees that it will meet all user expectations or function without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent permitted under Danish law, the provider disclaims all liability for indirect losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

Limitation of Liability
The provider’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for access to the Service. The provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. You agree to release the provider from any obligations or claims beyond this limitation.

User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or generate through the Service, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The provider is not responsible for user-generated content.

Price Adjustments
Your one-time purchase secures access to the version available at the time of purchase. Future updates or additional features may require separate payment. The provider reserves the right to change prices.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled under Danish jurisdiction, with the provider’s local court as the legal venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
